Everything you want to know before you send your first clip.
MP4 and MOV are ideal, but we work with most common formats — AVI, MKV, stream recordings, and YouTube links are all fine. If you're not sure whether your file will work, just send it over and we'll let you know. We've never had a format we couldn't handle.
Turnaround depends on the type of edit and our current queue, but most projects are completed within 1–3 business days. Once we receive your footage, we'll confirm your exact delivery timeframe straight away — so you're never left guessing. Rush turnaround is also available as an add-on if you need it faster.
Yes. Every project comes with one round of revisions included at no extra cost — you can request changes to pacing, captions, colour, or anything else that needs tweaking. If you need a second round of small adjustments after that, there's a small additional fee. A complete restructure or full re-edit is treated as a new project with a fresh quote.
We edit for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and full-length YouTube. We also handle podcast clips, brand promos, event recaps, and ad videos. If your platform or format isn't listed, just reach out — we'll let you know if we can make it work.
We use Stripe for all payments — it's fast, secure, and accepts all major credit and debit cards. Once your project is confirmed, we'll send you a payment link. You pay online in a few clicks, no account needed. Your payment details are never stored on our end.
Yes — you can upload multiple clips in the same Dropbox folder. Just let us know how many clips you're sending and which package applies to each one, and we'll sort out the rest. If you're sending a batch regularly, ask us about our bulk and retainer options.

It's three simple steps: (1) You reach out through our Contact page and tell us what you need. (2) We send you a Dropbox link — you upload your footage.
