How It Works
HOW WE EDIT YOUR VIDEOS
FROM RAW FOOTAGE TO READY-TO-POSTThree steps. No back-and-forth. No chasing files. You send the footage, we handle everything else — and deliver your finished edit via Dropbox.
Step 1
SEND YOUR FOOTAGE
Head to our Contact page and tell us what you need — the type of edit, the platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), and any notes on the style or feel. We’ll send you a private Dropbox link so you can upload your footage directly. No email attachments, no file size headaches.
What to include in your upload:
- Your raw footage file (MP4, MOV, or any common format — we'll work with it)
- Which platform it's for: Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or full YouTube
- The style or energy you want — high-energy, clean & cinematic, chill, hype-focused, etc.
- Any specific moments to keep or cut out (optional — just helpful if you have a preference)
- Which package you're going with: Simple Reel, Complex Reel, or a custom project
Step 2
WE GET TO WORK
Once your footage arrives, we review it and start editing right away. We cut, style, and polish your video based on the package you selected — then send you a confirmed delivery timeframe. You’ll hear from us, not silence.
What we’re doing on our end:
- Reviewing your footage and selecting the strongest moments to build around
- Cutting tight so viewers are hooked within the first 3 seconds — not the first 10
- Adding captions, effects, B-roll, and styling based on your chosen package
- Formatting and exporting in the correct dimensions for your platform
- Sending you a message with your estimated delivery time once footage is reviewed
Step 3
RECEIVE, REVISE & POST
Your finished edit lands in your Dropbox folder — download it, review it, and post when you’re ready. Every project comes with one free round of revisions. Request your changes and we’ll turn them around fast.
Revision Policy:
- 1 Revision Included — Free: Trim the ending, adjust pacing, swap a colour — we've got you.
- Additional Revisions — Small Fee: A second round of small tweaks comes with a small additional charge to keep things fair.
- Full Re-Edit — New Quote: Want to start over or completely restructure? That's treated as a new project with a fresh quote.
